We're So Excited!!

Usually we use this Snoopy picture when we're happy dancing about new fabric arriving at the shop (which we definitely were doing on Tuesday when "Grant Park" arrived!)...but this time we're using it because we are so excited about all of the new classes we're planning for the next several upcoming months!

We're still figuring out all the particulars....but here is a sneek peek at some of what we have coming along...

Needle felted chicks (just in time to add to your Easter/Spring basket!)
Feburary "Bertie's Year" Wool project class
Beginning Quilting with Teri
What UFO's?? Group get together
Shaker Stool project...learn basket/seat weaving with Sabrina
Beginning Embroidery
Patchwork of the Crosses Quilt
Vintage Flower Baskets BOM
Blackwork Antique flower basket quilt
plus a few more!!

We will be carrying a great supply of hand dyed wool roving, needles and supplies for
Needle felting projects here very soon! Be looking for pictures and details as soon as everything arrives!

Last chance in case you need one....

The latest issue Simply Vintage by Quiltmania
We have 3 not spoken for in this last batch...let us know if you need one!

********************

It's been a bit hard lately to get the linen in that we need for the last Little Sheep Virtues project...our distributor is up in Illinois and has been closed due to the weather.
Good news is...it has been shipped and will be here on Friday! We'll be letting everyone know as soon as they are ready to be picked up! The bright side is...you now have almost an entire year to get it done for Christmas!

JO'S LITTLE WOMEN CLUB STARING IN FEBRUARY!!

We've had a great response to our Jo's Little Women Group again for this year and we will be adding a second group, which will meet on the third Wednesday of each month thru December 2014!! There are 8 projects (shown above) for this year. Teri Berrier will be hosting this club!
There is a $60 sign up cost which gives you a club card good for $60 in Jo fabric. All members will receive 10% off their Jo purchases...if you are a WOW member, you will receive a $65 club card for the $60 price along with the 10% discount.
Along with the sign up fee, there is a monthly meeting fee of $7 which pays for your monthly pattern (provided by Jo).
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the shop!

We ask that if you would like join, please do so by January 31st....we need a total member count so that we can order the correct number of pattern sets from Jo before we start in Feb.

FARMER'S WIFE BLOCK OF THE MONTH

It's almost time to start!!
The kits are all done and we're about ready for our first group meeting this Saturday (or next Tuesday) at 10:30am!
The first set of blocks are just great and Sabrina is excited to get everyone started down the quilting path!
(Don't forget...if you can't make it to either of the meetings, you can come in anytime to get your blocks, or call and we can mail them to you!)

Better late than never, I suppose!

This is a new punchneedle pattern by Country Stitches...we just a few more back in finally!
Cute ditty bag project...and you've got plenty of time to get it done for next Christmas!
$9.00 for the pattern....wow price is $8.10

I think that's it for this week...lots coming in next week so I'll keep ya posted on that!
Come see us if you get the chance! It may be rainy and dreary outside, but we've got the coffee pot on and the chocolate nearby...so there's always a party going on at the shop!
