Will this rug never end??? (updated Friday night)

Just a little background left and then it's on to the binding...woohoo!
I've had several people ask me how big is this rug and who is the designer...
Well..the rug is just a bit over 3' x 5' and the designer is Edyth O'Neill. Her designs(including this one) can be found on Woolley Fox's website. This pattern is called "Antique Blue Basket".

Not a ton to update you on this week...but we did get a couple of things in!

First, we received Barbara Brackman's new line called "1862 Battle Hymn" by Moda. We got about 2/3 of the line and I'm in the process of putting this quilt kit together now!

Quilt size is 64" x 82".
Kit price is $84.95 (WOW price is $76.45) Backing not included
Price per yard: Regular retail is $10.99, our price is $9.50 (WOW price is $8.55)
(We'll have a model in shortly that you can see!)

If you are looking for a smaller project, we have kits available on this little civil war beauty! Kit price is around $59. We have the quilt in the shop that you can touch and feel!!(My many thanks to Sharon Reilly for making the model!)

News about Sandcastle...

After talking with the company that manufactures the quilted Sandcastle fabric, we have found out that is has been discontinued and when their available stock is gone, it's gone for good! I ordered quite a bit and plan to order more so that we can keep it going for a while...but I just want to give yall a "heads up" on whats going on...just in case you need to get some for your stash! It is such a great background for fabric or wool applique, stitchery projects, backings on pillows, etc. ($9.95 per yard until we run out...yikes!)

New spring projects and patterns are around the corner, plus we are heading to PA. in about 3 weeks on a buying trip...so lots to look forward to!

Weekend Special
20% off all in stock flannels!

It's going to be chilly over the next few days...a perfect time to sit and sew! Have a happy weekend...
