(Saturday evening....)

We're just a weeee bit late updating the blog this week, but I thought
I'd get a head start on getting all the new information out there for this
coming week....

The Spring issue of A Simple Life is in the shop!
Great articles in this issue...$9.95 (wow price is $8.95)

The Spring issue of A Primitive Place arrived today (Friday, 22nd!)
$9.95 per price is $8.95
(These always go super fast...if you know you want one, let us know!)

We also just received the newest issues of
Early American Life...$5.99 per issue

Early Homes Magazine...Spring/Summer issue...$4.99 per issue
(great issue this time!!)

Jo Morton's "Little Women Club" starts this Tuesday, Feb. 19th
Vickie Wallace will be hosting this club which meets the third Tuesday of each month.
(Check our class schedule for a possible 2nd club date)

(Friday night...)

Just of couple more things to list tonight before we send out the update...

Lots of boxes arriving these days filled with new Spring merchandise...which we're trying
to "keep under our hats" until our Spring Open House on the 9th of March!
(Don't forget to mark your calendar!)

We have a sweet, early, Continental spinning wheel now at the shop for sale...great little size
and works beautifully! A mix of hardwoods.... ebony with bone inlay atop the finials. A family piece from one of our' ready to find a new home!

New bolts arrived...the habedashery line from Windham with the antique scissors and
mother of pearl buttons...lots of great uses for these!

All priced at $9.50 per price is $8.55

Anybody needing some great straight tobacco sticks? We've got a bunch
now in stock...$3.00 each. (Great for curtain rods, garden trellising,  or to make a frame for the bee skep firescreen we have shown in the shop....)

Here's a sneek peek of an upcoming class...perfect for Spring and I love bunnies!
We'll also make a few extra kits available as well...just a little more "tweeking" with the
placement, and then on to the stitching!

We received the most AWESOME quilt pattern today for the shop...
it is the Emily Monroe Quilt from the New England Quilt Museum.
54 blocks in all...each one detailed up close in color and then individually patterned.
I think this has so many unlimited possibilities...I can't wait to get started on a few!
Pattern comes beautifully boxed with a Kelmscott needle minder and thread holder...
Pattern price $ price is $99.00

I think that's it for tonight! Have a great weekend and come see us soon!
