Shawn headed to PA for a few weeks and got home on Tuesday...so we've got some
great "new" antiques in the shop...I'll try and snap some pics later today...
He brought home an awesome early 1800's miniature jelly cupboard in original red paint,
an early "peep" box (used for carrying baby chicks) in original blue paint,
an early doll bed in original blue paint,
a great early cradle...walnut construction with original red wash...one of the best we've
ever been able to get,
a late 1700's - early 1800's document box with original grain painted surface,
a great little blue enamel berry bucket with orig. lid, and lots of other little "smalls"!
(I will have to say...that peep box is "talking" to me!)

We have an update on the new Di Ford book by Quiltmania..."Primarily Quilts"....
it should be in sometime around June 1st. We're doing a "pre-order" on this book..there are
only a couple left up for grabs! If you have the new Spring issue of Quiltmania, there is a
4 page advertisement on this new book...it is awesome!!

"Quilts and Rugs" by Polly Minick and Laurie Simpson
We're not "exactly" sure what the price will be, but I think it's going to run about what all the other books do...about $53.00. Wow price will be around $48.
